Question on lower abs?
I'm pretty sure there are a lot of people asking the same questions, however, I couldn't find the right answer that I'm looking for.
My question is, how do i get rid of the fat covering lower abdominal? My body fat % is 5.2. I used this equipment to measure it:

I workout 5x a week at my local gym - weight lifting. I do abdominal workout twice a week. I try to run 2 miles straight at 8mph ( not so much b/c I'm trying to gain muscle weight and I need calories).
What should I be doing/eating?
side notes: I asked the same question to a trainer at the gym, and he said It might be that I'm not drinking enough water, and my body is trying to store some water near lower abdominal. However, it definitely feels like its fat.
THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS SPOT FAT REMOVAL. Working your abs will do diddly squat except make your abs stronger. Your body burns fat the way it wants and needs to. Your middle section, is always the last thing to go!
